X-LINER
X-LINER is the most versatile solution in the BFZ range of vehicle-transport semi-trailers. It was engineered for professional transport of motorhomes, passenger cars, SUVs, vans, sports cars and damaged vehicles.

Construction
All-aluminium construction
X-LINER is manufactured entirely from aluminium. Its construction is engineered for intensive professional vehicle-transport operation.

Suspension and loading
Air suspension for easier loading
X-LINER always uses two axles with full air suspension. Pneumatic lowering of the rear section facilitates loading and unloading.

Optional equipment
Full-width hydraulic loading platform – optional
X-LINER is supplied with separate loading ramps as standard. Optionally, the semi-trailer can be fitted with a full-width hydraulic loading platform. A loading angle of approximately 7° is possible in a suitable configuration.
This solution is particularly suitable for sports cars, lowered vehicles, motorhomes and damaged vehicles.
Two winches available
X-LINER can be equipped with a winch on the lower deck and a second winch on the upper deck or front balcony, facilitating the loading of damaged and immobilised vehicles.

The complete combination is configured individually according to vehicle type, required payload and customer requirements. The listed base vehicles are popular choices but do not constitute an exhaustive list.
Version for the German market
Configuration up to 9,500 kg GVW
X-LINER can also be configured as a combination with up to 9,500 kg GVW and approximately 4,500 kg payload.
The 9,500 kg version may be particularly relevant to operators in Germany. Toll obligations and other requirements depend on current regulations, vehicle configuration and use and must be verified before operation.
Documentation
Prepared for registration and operation in Germany
Every BFZ semi-trailer is thoroughly inspected in Germany and supplied with the German documentation required for road registration.
When a Kässbohrer floor or system is used, VDI 2700 certification is available. Availability depends on the selected system and floor.
