BFZ is an aluminium vehicle body manufacturer in Poland. We design and build car transport platforms, matching the chassis, floor, ramps and equipment to the vehicle’s tasks. A Mercedes Sprinter body can be configured for car transport or roadside recovery. We discuss which vehicles you need to transport, how they will be loaded and the space and payload required.
An aluminium body for a 3.5 t Sprinter requires the weight of the platform and equipment to be matched to the chassis. We select the floor dimensions, ramps, wheel restraints and accessories. The 3.5 t gross vehicle weight covers the complete vehicle and its load; available payload depends on the finished configuration.
A body for a 5 t Sprinter is another BFZ car transporter option on a suitable Mercedes-Benz chassis. Platform length, ramps, winch and storage are selected for the intended work. We compare actual payload, wheelbase and the dimensions of the vehicles to be transported.
The BFZ range also includes aluminium truck bodies for vehicle transport. Each configuration considers the chassis specifications, platform dimensions, load restraint system and loading process. Our galleries show different transporter classes, including builds on heavier chassis and double-deck bodies.
BFZ / BUILT AROUND YOUR WORK
An aluminium body should suit everyday tasks. When specifying a transporter, we consider the weight, dimensions and ground clearance of the vehicles being carried, as well as how they will be loaded.
Loading geometry matters when transporting sports cars, lowered cars and race cars. We select ramp length and BFZ RACING SYSTEM options to suit the ground clearance and wheelbase of the vehicle being carried.
Explore BFZ RACING SYSTEMA transporter for damaged cars needs equipment that assists loading. A winch, wheel skates and a return pulley help prepare an immobile vehicle for winching onto the platform. Explore the BFZ recovery package.
Explore the recovery packageFor electric vehicle transport, we assess the weight and dimensions of the particular car alongside the chassis capabilities. The finished transporter’s payload, axle loads and equipment guide the configuration.
Discuss an EV transporter bodyVans, minibuses and large SUVs need suitable platform length and payload. Tell us the models you intend to carry so we can discuss the chassis, body dimensions and loading ramps.
Enquire about a body for van transportLooking for a vehicle to collect cars from Germany, the Netherlands or Belgium? We can discuss a transporter for international work, equipment storage and the option of a sleeper cab for longer journeys.
Explore sleeper cabsFor dealerships, car traders and collectors, we specify bodies around the vehicles they carry. Ramp design, wheel restraints and equipment storage help prepare a transporter for handling different cars in daily use.
Discuss your configurationThe price depends on the chassis, platform dimensions, floor type and equipment. Send the vehicle specifications and the types of vehicles you intend to carry. We will establish the scope of the body and the options required.
Choose an enquiry for a body on your own chassis or for a complete car transporter. For a complete vehicle, we will also discuss chassis selection. Availability and delivery timing are agreed for each order.
This depends on the specifications of the finished transporter and the car being carried. Gross vehicle weight is the maximum permitted total weight, not payload. We also assess dimensions, wheelbase and equipment.

01 / TWO FLOOR OPTIONS
Choose a platform surface to suit the way you transport and secure vehicles. Both variants are made from aluminium, with dimensions matched to the chassis.

A platform with a fully closed aluminium surface. Vehicle securing and loading equipment are selected for the specific configuration.

Perforated wheel tracks work with matching wheel chocks and securing straps. The centre of the platform is always solid.
GVWR is the maximum permitted total vehicle weight. Payload is determined for the specific chassis and equipment.
02 / LOW APPROACH ANGLE
BFZ RACING SYSTEM joins two ramps to extend the approach to the platform. This allows an approach angle as low as 4°, making it easier to load vehicles with low ground clearance.

03 / EQUIPMENT OPTIONS
Two securing systems matched to the floor type. You can also choose a winch, lighting and accessory boxes. Options depend on the chassis and configuration.

Perforated wheel tracks work with matching chocks and straps from the Kässbohrer system. We offer securing equipment certified to VDI 2700, Part 8.1 (2024 edition).
VDI 2700 · Part 8.1
On solid floors without perforations, we use a separate strap securing system. The arrangement shown surrounds the wheel, with straps attached to points along the platform edges.

A winch with synthetic rope and a sliding mount. An optional radio remote lets you operate it from a convenient position.
Winch pulling capacity is not the body's payload.

Work lights illuminate the platform and its surroundings. Warning, clearance and side lighting are matched to the body configuration.
Grille lights are not combined with the BFZ Face Lifting package. The lighting layout also depends on the cab.

Full side fairings combine a clean body finish with large aluminium storage boxes. Illuminated interiors make straps, tools and loading equipment easy to find after dark.
Internal box dimensions: 1000 × 400 × 450 mm (length × height × depth).

A built-in platform box, two wheel skates and a return pulley for the winch rope. A package for handling damaged vehicles, available with BFZ STANDARD or BFZ-PROFI skates.

Store the wheel skates in a box integrated into the platform floor. The opening lid gives access to the equipment needed for loading.

TWO TYPES OF WHEEL SKATE
Choose the solution for your work.

A fixed wheel skate for handling damaged vehicles. One of the two skate options offered in the recovery package.

An automatic wheel skate that requires no jack. It makes it easier to prepare the vehicle for winching onto the platform.
Watch BFZ-PROFI in actionThe return pulley mounted at the rear of the platform changes the direction of the winch rope. It enables winching vehicles positioned beside the car transporter or recovery truck.

A stainless steel roller fitted at the platform breakover guides the winch rope over its surface instead of the aluminium edge. It reduces friction and protects the rope from abrasion and other mechanical damage, extending its service life.

CAB AND COMFORT
The body can be complemented by an XS or XL sleeper cab and Webasto auxiliary heating. The variant is matched to the chassis and how you work.
Shown: a vehicle with a Travel Cab XS. A sleeper cab may require removing the headboard and its turn signals; details are agreed for the selected configuration.
MERCEDES-BENZ SPRINTER / STYLING
A sport front bumper for the Mercedes Sprinter with AMG-inspired styling is also available from BFZ. Its distinctive shape accentuates the vehicle’s dynamic lines and gives it an elegant, sporty appearance. A finishing touch that complements the character of a BFZ car transporter from the very first glance.
